Pastor

Pastor Titus was called to Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church and started in January 2024. He received his B.A. from Messiah College (Messiah University) in 2002; and his M.A. in history from the University at Buffalo in 2005. He also earned his M.Div. from the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg (United Lutheran Seminary) in 2016, the same year of his ordination as a pastor in the ELCA at the Lower Susquehanna Synod Assembly. His personal time is spent largely at home in Etters with his wife, Jill and son, Josiah.

Pastor Emeritus

In recognition of his 26 years of pastoral ministry at Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church, Pastor William Stickley was given the title of Pastor Emeritus in August 2014.

Director of Music

Gail became the Director of Music in January 2019. Gail is our regular organist, directs our Adult Vocal Choir, and supervises our children’s Tone Chime choir (directed by Alan Wadsworth). She is responsible for oversight of our music program and works closely with the Pastor in planning worship.

Handbell Director

Alan is a graduate of Shippensburg University (’07, ’19) where he studied Business Administration. He is currently a Human Resources Manager at WITF. Alan lives in Lower Paxton Township with his wife, Sarah, and son, Luke. He began playing in the Handbell Choir in 2012 and became the Director in January 2019. He also directs the Tone Chime Choir which performs seasonally.

Youth Advisor

Sean has been involved in youth ministry since he attended Shippensburg University. He received his master’s degree in education at Wilkes University. He is a 7th grade Social Studies teacher at Commonwealth Connections Academy. He currently resides in Enola with his wife and daughter. Sean serves as the youth advisor for both the Elementary Youth Group (grades 4-6) and Youth Group (grades 7-12).

Congregational Secretary

Sherry has general administrative duties and oversees the office needs of the congregation since August 2010. She came to us with years of experience in the secular world but a heart for the work of the church. Sherry supports the work of the pastors and staff as well as key volunteers who make our church run smoothly.
